CANCELLATION POLICY

 
 

Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specially for you. This ensures that you and our other guests have the best experience possible. 

We understand that unexpected situations may occur to prevent you from making it to your appointment. We kindly ask that you contact us at least 48-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

A credit card is required to secure your appointment reservation. You will be charged 100% of the service at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show, or if a cancellation is made less than 48-hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made before 48 hours will be automatically refunded.

For your convenience, we have located a cancellation request form below. This way, we may notify our stylists as soon as possible, as well as any clients on our waiting list.
